Companies can report GRI indicators to research and rating agencies and self-publish robust GRI indices/reports through
OneReport Corporate and OneReport Pro.
Companies focused exclusively on the GRI may select a GRI-limited package. OneReport GRI Publisher allows you to easily create a
robust GRI index/report that may be published on your Web site. Structured as a live data feed, the GRI Publisher allows you to very
easily publish your GRI report, either as a standalone online report or as a supplement to your CSR report.
The OneReport GRI publisher:
- Organizes all data around a GRI index
- Auto generates Web pages with your OneReport data
- Simplifies the addition of supporting data and documents, providing direct links to:
- Documents (Word, Excel, PDF) or image files (charts, graphs or other images)
- Your existing Web pages (e.g.: your governance section or your environmental or sustainability report)
- Integrates with reporting to research and rating agencies
- Publishes to the Web with no or minimal support from corporate IT or Web publishing departments
While you are working on building data for your GRI index, you can view a working copy of your report at any time. When you are ready, this index may then be shared with research organizations and/or published on your website. It may be easily published as a standalone file, or imbedded in an IFrame for seamless integration into your website.
If your company is a participant in the UN Global Compact, selected indicators may also be imbedded into a Communication on
Progress Report using the OneReport COP Publisher.
